摘  要:目的探讨以团队为基础的学习教学模式在内科教学中的应用。方法选取该校2014级临床医学专业72名学生作为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组36名,PBL+TBL组36名,教学效果将从考试成绩及问卷调查两个方面进行考核。结果 PBL+TBL组学生技能考试成绩优于传统教学组[(93±4)分比(91±5)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-2.37,P<0.05)。两组学生在完成大纲要求方面评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PBL+TBL组的的12项单项评分均优于传统教学组(P<0.05),且调差问卷总分优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL+TBL教学法在内科学教育中体现了实践与理论相融合的特点,在培养学生实践能力、树立实际临床工作独立思维方面较传统教学模式具有明显优势。Objective To explore the application of team based learning and teaching mode in the Department of internal medicine. Methods The 2014 students were randomly divided into 36 groups: traditional teaching group(4), PBL +TBL group(PBL+TBL group), and the results of two tests were compared with the traditional teaching group(t=-2.37). Results The results were statistically significant(P0.05). There was no statistical significance(P0.05) in the two groups of students in the syllabus, the PBL+TBL group's 12 single score were better than the traditional teaching group(P0.05), and the total score of the adjustment was better than the traditional teaching group(P0.05).Conclusion The conclusion of PBL+TBL teaching method in the Department of internal medicine, the practice and theory of the characteristics of the integration, in the training of students practical ability, practical clinical work independent thinking than the traditional teaching model has obvious advantages.
