摘 要:教师信息化教学能力是实现职教信息化的关键因素,是支撑职教信息化向深度发展的重要基石。研究团队以W市5所职业院校426位教师为研究对象,采用自编职业院校教师信息化教学能力现状调查问卷进行调查。研究结果表明:职业院校教师的信息化教学的相关理论基础较为薄弱;注重虚拟仿真实训的应用,但缺乏原创资源;信息化教学大赛参与度及获奖率较低;不同性别、年龄与教龄群体的教师部分测量指标有显著性差异。提出在政府、学校与教师个人三个层面,分别通过注重相关政策引领与培训项目的实施、建立有效激励机制和重视校本资源的建设、注重激发教师个人学习与能力提升的积极主动性等策略,以期不断提高与发展职业院校教师信息化教学能力。Teachers' ICT teaching ability is a critical factor to realize the informatization of vocational education, and an important basis to support the deep development of the informatization of vocational education. The research team developed survey questionnaire to investigate the current status of the vocational college teachers' ICT ability for teaching. Four hundred and twenty six teachers from five vocational colleges in W city participated in the study. Data analysis results showed that: the vocational college teachers lacked the understanding of the theory of using ICT in teaching; the vocational college teachers emphasized the usage of virtual simulation in training, but created few original resources;vocational college teachers' participation rate and winning rate of ICT teaching contest were low;significant differences were found on some measurements among different groups of gender, age, and years of teaching experiences. Therefore, the research team proposes strategies to enhance vocational college teachers' ICT ability for teaching at three levels: the local government, the college, and the individual teacher. The strategies are: making policies to guide the teachers and implementing training projects;establishing effective incentive mechanisms and producing school-based resources; and stimulating teachers' motivation of active initiation of learning and enhancing their ICT ability.
