摘 要:目的评估中医学专业本科生内经选读期末考试试卷质量,为改革教学方法,提高教学质量,促进试题库建设提供依据。方法对60名中医学专业本科生内经选读期末考试成绩,运用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析,得出难度、区分度和信度。结果学生成绩呈正态分布,难度系数0.27,区分度0.636,信度0.734。结论本次考试成绩分布较合理,试题较容易,区分度和可信度较高,能反映学生的真实水平和个体差异。教师在教学方法和命题方面需要进一步改进。Objective To assess final examination paper quality of Neijing Selected Readings of undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine specialty, and to provide the basis for reforming teaching methods, improving teaching quality and promoting item bank construction. Methods Obtaining difficult coefficient, discrimination and reliability by using SPSS19.0 software for Statistical analysis of final examination results of Neijing Selected Readings of 60 undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine specialty. Results Students' score normally distributed, difficult coefficient was 0.27, discrimination was 0.636, and reliability was 0.734. Conclusion The test scores distribution is reasonable, this test is easier, and discrimination and reliability are higher. This test could reflect the stu-dents' real level and individual differences. Teachers need further improvement in teaching methods and setting questions.
