摘 要:信息技术对教育具有革命性影响,教育信息化旨在通过信息技术优化教育教学过程,进而变革和重塑整个教育系统。探究信息化变革基础教育的影响因素,以及这些因素间的关系,是教育技术领域的研究者和实践者共同关注的重大问题。该文通过梳理和分析国际上典型的学校信息化评测框架,采用德尔菲法设计出了信息化变革学校教育的分析框架。从初选的110多个国内外案例中精选出40个信息化促进基础教育变革的学校样本,聘请领域专家对样本学校采用该分析框架进行逐项评价,并通过建模方法构建了信息化促进基础教育变革的影响因素模型。该模型涉及到信息化领导力、学生能力、教师专业发展、教学方式、学习空间、数字资源、学业评价七个要素,其中学生能力发展是基本目标,信息化领导力是信息化发展的源头,而学习空间处于模型的中心地位。ICT in education aims to optimize teaching process through information technology which exerts a revolutionary effect on education. In the course of basic education reform under the impetus of ICT, what are the determinants and how they relate are the major common concerned issues facing researchers and practitioners in the field of educational technology. This research designs more optimized ICT evaluation framework in basic education after inducing and analyzing global ICT evaluation framework in education as well as consulting to expert interviews. It selects 40 basic education schools typical in the course of teaching reform through ICT involvement in and out of China as samples and invites domain experts to conduct sample analysis. On this basis and by adopting path analysis, it builds a determinants model for promoting basic education reform through ICT covering seven elements including ICT leadership, students capabilities, teachers' professional development, teaching methods, teaching space, curriculum resources and academic evaluation aiming to provide reference for information construction in schools.
