摘　　要：该文以高职院校二级学院(系、部)的专任教师作为为研究对象,从教师绩效考核要素分析入手,构建教师综合评价体系。采用德尔菲法评定教师的二级考核指标,运用模糊综合分析法确定教师绩效考核指标的权重及其综合考核结果,探索一种可量化的高职教师综合绩效考核方法,公平地评价和考核教师。Taking the full-time teachers in the Department. of Biological and Chemical Engineering in HVC as a research object, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for teachers from the key elements, using the Delphi method to assess the teachers＇ two levels of assessment indicators, applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the teacher performance evaluation index and its comprehensive evaluation result, trying to search for a quantitative evaluation method to evaluate and assess teachers fairly.
