摘  要:教师教学反思是推动教学改革、提高教学质量的有效途径之一。高职院校建立教师教学反思长效机制很有必要。注重集体反思,使用翻转课堂,将教学反思内化为教师的人格素养,有助于高职院校教师教学反思长效机制的形成。Teachers′ teaching self-examination is one of the effective ways to promote teaching reform and enhance teaching quality. It is necessary to set up long-term effective system of teachers′ teaching self-examination in higher vocational college. Paying more attention to collective examination,adopting overturn class and transforming teaching self-examination as teacher′s personality training are useful to set up long-term system of teachers′ teaching self-examination in higher vocational college.
