摘　　要：教师权益的保障在于现代学校制度体系的建立。基于家国一体的传统中国文化价值观从社会传统习俗、教育观念、教育研究、学校管理、法律体系等几个方面对教育产生深远的影响,凸显教师权益保障在新时期教育制度改革进程中所面临的失衡挑战。文章以"四川省成都市邛崃县现代学校制度体系建设"课题为例,从学校章程建设、现代学校治理结构、学校信息公开、家校合作等途径入手,探索促进教师权益保障体系的构建。The protection of the rights and interests of teachers lies in the establishment of modern school system.The farreaching impact on education caused by the traditional Chinese cultural value of＂Family-Country Integration＂from such aspects as social and traditional customs,educational idea,educational research,school management,and the legal system highlights the imbalance challenges faced by teachers＇ rights and interests in the course of the reform of the education system in the new era.This paper,taking the system construction of Qionglai Modern School of Chengdu as an example,explores the system to promote the protection of teachers＇ rights and interests from the school regulations construction,the modern school management structure,school information disclosure and home-school cooperation.
