摘　　要：当今,化工产业国际化进程越来越快,对化工专业人才的综合素质提出了更高要求。本文以有机化学教学为案例,以提高化工人才综合素质为目的,提出通过化工实例教学和归纳总结的方法进行教学改革,在理论联系实际的同时,注重提纲挈领,提高教学效率。Today, the chemical industry internationalization process is faster and faster, which have a higher requirement for the overall quality of the chemical engineering talent. In this paper, in order to train the overall quality of chemical engineering tal- ent, organic chemistry teaching reform is carried out by the chemical industry examples and teaching methods of induction and summary. In the course of teaching, the vivid chemical industry case help students understand the boring theory together withsummary and conclusion, improving teaching efficiency.
