摘　　要：现代学徒制是企业和学校双方合作式的职业教育制度,综合了学历职业教育和企业师傅带徒弟的优点,是一种理想的职业教育形式。本校实行招生与招工一体化,改革工学结合人才培养模式,推进校企互聘的师资队伍建设,制定与现代学徒制相适应的教学管理文件。对于在实施现代学徒过程中遇到的问题,进行了认真分析,对于校企联合招生、联合培养、一体化育人的机制进行深入研究并给出相应对策,提出了校企互聘互用的"双师型"师资队伍建设办法,制定了学徒培养的教学文件、管理制度及相关标准。Modern apprenticeship is a cooperative vocational education system between enterprise and college. It combines both advantages of degree vocational education and enterprise apprenticeship, and is an ideal vocational education mode.We integrate college admission and enterprise recruitment, innovate the combining talent cultivation mode between working and learning, promote the inter-recruiting faculty building between college and enterprise, and make teaching administration files in accordance with modern apprenticeship. Faced with problems in implementing modern apprenticeship, we carefully analyze them, explore and put forward an integrative cultivating system and ＂double-teaching troops＂ between college and enterprise, and make teaching files, administrative system and associating standard that facilitate apprentice cultivation.
