急诊科实习护生能力培养的研究进展

摘　　要：回顾国内外文献对实习护生所需具备的能力要求,总结了国内急诊科对护生这些能力的培养所采取的措施,从而帮助急诊科带教老师更好地完成学生的实习带教工作。It reviewed the capacity requirements of practical nursing students in domestic and foreign literatures,and summarized the measures taken by department of emergency in China for the ability cultivation of nursing students,so as to help teachers in department of emergency complete the practice teaching work of students better.
