摘　　要：高等职业教育创新发展,对高职院校干部领导力和执行力建设提出了新的要求。正确理解干部领导力和执行力的辩证关系,掌握领导力和执行力之间的辩证法,提升高职院校的干部领导力和执行力建设水平,是构建高职院校的核心竞争力的关键环节。本研究提出以领导力建设为重点和突破口,带动执行力提升的路径和策略。The innovation and development of higher vocational education put forward new demands on the con- struction of cadre leadership and executive ability in higher vocational eolleges. Correct understand the dialectical relations of cadres in leadership and execution, grasp the dialectics between leadership and executive ability, im- prove leadership and cadres of execution of the construction level in higher vocational colleges, arethe key aspects to build the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the leadership development as the breakthrough point, discusses the path and strategy ofexeeution promotion
