摘 要:新课程改革的深入发展,对乡村教师专业化发展提出了新的要求。西部乡村学校应结合学校自身发展的实际情况,选择校本研修方式以有效促进乡村教师专业化发展。开展校本研修,需要把握校本研修的内涵及教师专业化发展的关系,遵循校本研修的程序、价值与特点,坚持走向深度的校本研修,进而提升自身教学水平。The development of the new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for the develop- ment of rural teachers' professional development. The western rural schools should choose the school - based training mode with the combination of the actual situation of their own development, to effectively promote rural teachers' professional development. To carry out school - based teaching research, the connotation of school - based training and the relationship between teachers' professional development should be comprehended, and the program, value and characteristics of school - based training should be followed.
