摘  要:2014年8月教育部全面启动了卓越教师培养计划,这项改革对中职学校教师提出了更高要求,也对承担教师教育任务的职业师范院校提出了新的目标与挑战。目前,职教师资培养中教师教育类课程存在诸多问题,在实施卓越教师培养计划的进程中,教师教育类课程改革已成为必然,通过设置模块化课程体系,开发职业化的课程内容,发挥职业师范教师技能训练中心以及"校—企—校"联盟的作用,对职业师范院校教师教育类课程进行改革探索。In August 2014, the Ministry of Education launched a comprehensive program of work of training excellent teachers. This reform put forward higher requirements for teachers in secondary vocational schools, also put forward the goals and challenges for vocational teachers' colleges which undertake the task of teacher education and training. At present, many problems exist in the teacher education curricula for training vocational college teachers. In the implementation of out standing teacher training program in the process, the teacher education curriculum reform has become inevitable. It is suggested to set up the modular curriculum system, develop professional course content, play the role of vocational college teachers' skills training center and "school-enterprise-school alliance" , to attempt to the reform of teacher education curricula of vocational teachers' colleges.
