摘  要:用生长曲线及生长曲线分割的方法,对嗜热链球菌(LS-11)和肠膜明串珠菌(LE-05)在代血浆培养基中的混菌发酵进行了研究。同时对培养基的黏度变化进行了测定比较。结果表明,LS-11和LE-05在代血浆培养基中有较好的协同性,能相互促进生长,并能相对提高培养基的黏度。The mixed fermentation by the two strains of Str. thermophilus LS-11 and Leu. mesenteroides LE-05 in the generation of plasma in liquid medium was reseashed the method of growth curve and growth curve segmentation. At the same time, viscosity changes of the medium were determined and compared. The experimental results showed that the two bacteria have good cooperativity, could promote the growth each other, and can relatively improve the viscosity of the medium in the generation of plasma in liquid medium.
