一流学科需要打造一流的软实力

摘　　要：学科软实力指学科组织所具有的非物化的、以柔性方式起作用的能力特征,主要由学科组织文化与学科组织制度构成。过度依赖要素驱动的学科建设模式下,片面关注学科硬实力指标、忽视学科软实力培育,不能从根本上促进学科组织知识生产能力的提升。建设世界一流学科要遵循"体""用"结合原则,着重提升学科组织化水平,以学科软实力的培育为学科发展提供内生动力。Soft power is one of the most important factors that determines the ability and influence of disciplinary organization. It is composed of disciplinary culture and institution. The factor-driven mode of disciplinary construction in China last several decades ignored the cultivation of soft power. It helped little to promote the knowledge production capacity of university＇s discipline. It is important to pay attention to both the fundamental structure and practical use of discipline to build world-class discipline.
