摘　　要：基于教学资源库的信息技术环境为高职英语教学模式改革提供了充要条件。探索并采用英语课堂教学新策略是提高课堂教学质量、促进学生英语知识与技能内化的重要保障。有效利用信息化学习资源,促进学生主动学习,运用适当的教学评价方式,能够收到事半功倍的效果。The Teaching Resource-based IT environment provides necessary and sufficient conditions for the reform of English teaching model. To explore and adopt new strategies of English classroom teaching is an important guarantee to improve the quality of classroom teaching and promote students＇ internalization of English knowledge and skills. If teachers make effective use of informationalized resources, promote students＂ active learning and apply proper evaluation methods, they will be able to get twice the result with half the effort.
