摘　　要：教师专业标准是引领教师专业发展的基本准则,本文探索以专业标准为依据构建物理教师教育技能培训评价体系及实施方法,讨论以评价方法促进教师教育、物理教师教学技能发展的方法及途径.Professional standards of teacher is the basic norms that leading teacher＇s professional development,this paper explores the construction system of evaluation and its implementation methods based on professional standards to train physics teacher＇s education skills, and discusses ways and means to promote teaching skills of physics teachers by using the evaluation methods.
