摘　　要：构造了一个变换,将一般的二阶微分方程化为方程-y″+q(x)y=λy,利用函数论方法和矩阵方法,给出一般的耦合边界条件下,Sturm-Liouville问题的特征值与特征函数的渐近分析.The transformation is constructed, in which the general second order differential equation is converted into the equation -y″＋q（x）y=λy, and the eigenvalue and eigenfunction of Sturm-Liouville problems and the asymptotic analysis of their are provided with the coupled boundary conditions, by using the function theory and the matrix method.
