摘　　要：在文献研究和部分院校现行培养方案研究的基础上,采用德尔菲（Delphi）法对成人教育专科升本科临床医学专业课程设置进行优化和完善,初步构建了与当前我国卫生事业改革相适应的课程设置方案,为高校成人医学教育课程改革提供参考依据.On the basis of literature reviews and the research into the training programs of some institutions,Delphi was used to optimize and improve the curriculum provision of adult-upgraded education in clinical medicine,which preliminarily established a curriculum provision program suitable for the current health care reform in our country,and provided certain reference for the curriculum reform of adult education in clinical medicine for colleges and universities.
