专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合改革的初步实践

摘　　要：将临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合的“四证合一”的培养模式已经在许多医学院校试行.本文对华中科技大学2011级全部131名临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的相关数据进行深入分析,对参加和未参加“四证合一”培养的学生状况进行比较分析.入学时两组学生的入学成绩和临床背景均无明显差异,而参加“四证合一”培养的学生毕业时的临床技能考核成绩和就业状况均优于未参加培养的学生,“四证合一”的培养方式具有较大的优越性,值得进一步推广.A new medical education model combine＇ s clinical medical graduated education with residential training （called four licenses in one） was employed in many medical schools in China.Two groups of students were received new ＂Four licenses in one＂ medical education model and traditional medical education model respectively in the past 3 years in our medical school,and it＇ s the first year the students received new education method graduated successfully.The education backgrounds,clinical skills and employment condition were compared between the two groups of students.Although the education background almost same,the clinical skills and employment condition in the students received new education model were much better than that of the students received traditional medical education model.The new medical education model is a good method and worth to spreading.
