客体因素变化对临床医学专业学生生涯规划的影响与对策

摘　　要：近年来,随着医学教育和医药卫生体制的改革,临床医学专业学生生涯规划的客体因素发生了巨大的变化,对学生的生涯规划产生了新的制约作用.本文就现阶段临床医学专业学生的生涯路径及存在的问题、临床医学专业学生生涯规划客体因素的变化进行了探讨,并就学生如何适应变化、及时调整目标与发展路径提出了思考与建议,以期保证临床医学专业学生生涯规划的顺利实施.In recent years,when the reform of medical system occurs,medical student＆#39;s career planning changes greatly and play a new checks and balance.This paper analyses the changes of medical education mode and ＂5 ＋ 3＂ integrated training mode which accommodates medical industrial characteristics.Combined with the reform of medical licensing examination which recalls the revise of medical education training model,this paper puts forward some changes of medical students＆#39; career planning.It is significance in improving the demand of revising the medical students＆#39; career planning and with which medical students can accommodate the changes of objective factors,ensure the career planning go with a swing.
