摘 要:目的 探讨以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法在有机化学教学中的应用效果.方法 选择中国医科大学2013级五年制临床医学专业117名学生为实验组,采用以团队为基础学习教学方法;2013级预防医学专业115名学生为对照组,采用传统教学方法;安排相同教师和教材实施教学.通过期末考试和问卷调查评估2种教学方法的实施效果,剖析以团队为基础学习教学方法中存在的问题.结果 实验组学生的期末考核成绩明显优于对照组学生.实验组学生普遍反映,TBL教学方法改善了教学效果,提高了学习能力.结论 在有机化学教学中应用TBL教学方法,教学效果明显优于传统教学方法,值得进一步探索和推广.Objective To explore the effect of application of team-based learning (TBL) model in chemistry teaching.Methods TBL teaching model was used in test group and the traditional teaching model was used in control group,which were composed by the students from class 2013 with a five-year clinical medicine program respectively.Both groups were taught with the same teachers and teaching materials.Final exam and questionnaire were conducted to assess the effect of the new teaching methods,in order to compare the two teaching methods,and analyze the current situation of new teaching methods.Results The performance of final exam of test group was better than that of control group,most students reflected that TBL model could improve learning outcomes and learning ability.Conclusions The TBL model,which was used in organic chemistry teaching,is better than the traditional teaching model and is worth exploring and promotion.
