摘　　要：目前越来越多的高校开始采用灵活性较高、弹性较强的学分制教学管理模式。与传统的教学管理模式相比,学分制的实行要求在教学改革中更关注学生主体性、自觉性的发挥,因此对教师的教育观念更新、课程内容的整合、教学方法的灵活性选择等方面都提出了新的要求。At present, more and more colleges and universities have begun to adopt a highly flexible teaching management model of credit system. Compared with the traditional one, the reform of the new credit system in the teaching pays more attention to the development of students＇ subjectivity and consciousness, which brings new challenge to the renewal of the education idea, the combination of the curriculum content and the flexibility of choosing the teaching methods.
