摘　　要：芥子酸在植物界中广泛存在,具有多种生物活性。简要介绍了芥子酸的分布、衍生物、分离纯化及含量测定等,详细阐述了芥子酸的生物活性,如清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化、抗菌、抗癌和消炎、抗焦虑、改善记忆力等功效,具有应用于制药工业、食品、饮料、化妆品等多个领域的潜在价值。Sinapic acid is widespread in the plant kingdom and has a variety of biological activities. The distribution, derivatives, separation and purification and content determination of sinapic acid were briefly introduced, and its biological activities were elaborated in detail, such as scavenging free radicals, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, antibacterium, anticancer and antiinflammation, antianxiety, improvement of memory acitivity. Sinapic acid had potential application value in the fields of pharmaceutical industry, food, beverage and cosmetics.
