摘　　要：本文在多年探索研究的基础上 ,改革一般的微格教学技能训练模式 ,使教学技能的训练从经验型的课堂教学为中心的模式 ,向教学设计指导下的教学技能训练模式转化 ,并以“说课”的形式切入 ,构建了新的训练模式。文中阐述了新模式的实践过程。This essay,based on instructional design,makes a statement on the reformation of traditional mini-range teaching-skill-training model,coverting the teaching from the class-teaching-centered empirical model to the instructional-design-based model.Constructingneal teaching-skill-training model on the basis of class-design-discussion.Also it states the operation process significance of the new model and the important noteworthy problems in the operation.
