精细化视角下的深度心理辅导——以中国人民大学心理辅导工作为例

摘　　要：随着95后进入大学校园,新时代大学生心理问题逐渐呈现多发化、个性化、隐蔽性强的特征,大学生心理辅导模式亟待改革,以适应新时代大学生的需要。中国人民大学将西方精细化管理理论引入心理辅导领域,结合大学生心理辅导工作的实际经验,提出大学生心理辅导工作应向精细化视角下的深度心理辅导转变,通过精细化深度辅导平台的搭建、多样化互动活动的开展、朋辈互助等方式,在广度、深度和精细化上实现对高校心理辅导工作的创新。Since post-95 sstudents came into the college campus,the psychological problems of the college students in the new age have presented themselves with features of frequency,particularity and good invisibility.Thus the mode of college students＇ psychological consultation needs urgent reforms so as to adapt to the requirements of the college students in the new age.Renmin University of China has instructed the theory of refined management into the field of psychological consultation,proceeded from the practical experience from college students＇ psychological consultation,and then put forward the following propositions：college students＇ psychological consultation should change into the profound psychological consultation from the perspective of refinement;with the building of the platform of the refined profound psychological consultation,the launch of diversified interaction,and the peer support,it＇s possible to innovate the psychological consultation at colleges in breadth,depth and refinement.
