摘  要:英语是世界上通用性最强的语言,在跨文化交流中,发挥着非常重要的作用。作为一门语言学科,英语也具有语言本位的特点,也就是说,其听、读最终是为说、写服务。当前,大学英语教学更加注重对学生英语素质的培养,"哑巴英语"现象有所改善,但由于受到多种因素的影响,整体上来看,大学生英语口语水平一直偏低,仍然处于"单向交际"的层次,无法自如地运用英语进行跨文化交际。本文主要探讨了当前大学英语口语教学中存在的问题,并从语言本位的角度,提出了提升大学英语口语教学效率与质量的有效策略,以供参考。English is the world's strongest commonality,which plays a very important role in cross- cultural communication.English as a language discipline,and also has the characteristics of the language standard. That is to say the listening and reading is ultimately serve spoken and written. At present,the college English teachers pay more attention to the cultivation of student's English level. " dumb English" phenomenon has improved. But due to the influence of many factors,the overall point of view,college students' oral English level has been on the low side,is still in a " one- way communication" level,which can't use English freely in cross- cultural communication. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the current college oral English teaching,and put forwards to improve college English oral teaching efficiency and quality of an effective strategy from the perspective of language standard.
