摘　　要：通过对临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的比较分析，结合我国现阶段医疗行业就业需求和学位教育发展规律，进行临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教学创新的探索。该探索是对现行专业学位硕士研究生教学设计方案1次积极地补充，促使专业学位硕士研究生教学设计更加具有针对性，促进专业学位硕士研究生对专业知识和专业技能的掌握熟练有效。做到学以致用，为今后临床实际工作打好坚实基础。Comparative analysis of clinical medicine graduate degree, combined with employment needs and stage of development law degree education of the medical industry, to explore clinical professional degree graduate teaching innovation. The exploration is the current master degree teaching design a positive complement to promote professional degree graduate instructional design more targeted to promote skilled professional degree graduate master effective professional knowledge and professional skills. Do apply their knowledge, to lay a solid foundation for future clinical practice
