摘  要:课外教育既是人才培养的必要环节,也是实践育人的重要组成部分。从国内各高校课外教育的现状和问题来看,普遍存在重课内、轻课外,课外教育规范性不够等问题。天津大学推行课外实践教育课程化、学分制,即借鉴第一课堂的模式,将学生参加课外教育情况以学分形式记录并列入成绩单,并正式把课外教育学分与学生毕业挂钩,作为学校综合改革的重要组成部分,创新人才培养模式,为学校人才培养提供有效支撑,为国内高校第二课堂教育提供经验范式。Extracurricular education is the necessary link of talent training,as well as the important component of educating through practice. However,according to the current situation and problems of extracurricular education in China's universities,there are some common problems,including the value of education in class and the neglect of extracurricular education,lack of normalization,and so on. Tianjin University implements the curriculumization and credit system of extracurricular practice education. Based on the model of first class,this model puts students' participation in extracurricular education into the transcripts,and links the credits of extracurricular education with their graduation officially. As the important part of the comprehensive reform in Tianjin University,this model innovates the talent training mode,provides effective support for the talent training,as well as supplies experience paradigm to the second classroom education in China's universities.
