摘　　要：当今时代聚焦于数字技术与创新理念深度融合(CIT)的智慧学习环境的蜕变。通过建立CIT智慧学习环境的基本理念,阐述基本要义和剖析主要特征,从而进行范式设计。CIT智慧学习环境,以环境感知、云端服务、智能工具和CPS为支撑,紧紧围绕学习活动、演化资源和智能空间核心三要素,构筑智学、智睿、智造三目标的智慧学习环境设计范式。该范式把创新和智慧作为数字教育的核心竞争力,促进智慧教育的高位发展。In modern times, great changes have taken place in smart learning environmentfocused on the deep convergence of innovation and digital technology （CIT）. This paper explains basic philosophy, opinions and main characteristics of smart learning environment in CIT, and thus to design a paradigm.This paradigm has three layered objects （smart learning, smart mind and smart production）, three core elements （learning activity, evolving learning resources and smart space）, and four supports （situation awareness, cloud services, smart tools andCPS）.The paradigm regardsinnovation and wisdom as the core competitiveness of digital education, and promotes the high-order development of smart education.
