高等学校党校教育体系与运行机制研究

摘　　要：本文从党校教育的构成要件—教育者、教育对象、教育影响及其中的构成要素如何合理匹配 ,如何有机衔接等方面对高校党校教育体系与运行机制进行了研究 ,提出了保证高校党校教育规范、高效。The present paper makes a thorough study of the educational system and its operation from the perspective of the educators, the object of education, the educational influence, and the reasonable matching and cooperation of the component elements. It puts forward ten operation mechanism to guarantee the education of the Party school of the colleges and universities to be carried out in a more standard, more effective and more systematic way. The paper also sets forth some conditions and measures to be taken for the normal operation of the Party school's education.
