摘　　要：教师对中世纪大学的发展具有重要的推动作用。文章将中世纪大学教师作为研究对象,通过对其产生和来源以及大学教师群体管理中的任职资格、收入来源、职业地位、教师特权进行探讨分析,获得对我国高等教育教师管理的几点启示。Teachers made important impetus to the development of Medieval University.With the teachers of medieval university as research subjects,four aspects（ qualification,source of income,occupational status,and privilege） are analyzed to provide some ideas to the practice of staff administration in the system of China＇s higher education.
