摘　　要：黄炎培认为,发展职业教育不仅需要借鉴外国的经验,更需要发挥中国传统文化中"仁、智、勇"的精神。黄炎培毕生致力于倡导、推动中国职业教育发展的理论与实践就是这种精神的充分体现,即因"仁"而爱人爱群爱国,因"智"而能寻救国救群救人之道,因"勇"而全力于职业教育事业。Huang Yanpei believed that the development of vocational education needs not only learning from foreign experiences, but also needs to embody the spirit of ＂benevolence, wisdom and courage＂ in Chinese traditional culture. Huang Yanpei actively advocated and promoted the thoughts and the practice of the development of vocational education in China, which fully reflected the spirit. His outlook on life had important practical significance for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s vocational education nowadays.
