摘  要:高校实验教师和辅导员在学生教育过程中,一个侧重专业实践的培养;另一个侧重人文素质的教育,各自发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,构建全员育人的学生工作格局,除了发挥各自职能,更重要的是相互配合,进行融合建设,激发工作积极性,形成教育合力。现实中,两支队伍在教育内容上具有互补性,而在教育目的上又具有一致性,所以融合建设有着极大的必要性和可行性。融合建设的主要途径有:一是辅导员通过协助开展实验教学的管理工作以及专业竞赛的组织工作,深入了解学生的专业素养,二是实验教师通过兼任辅导员、班主任工作,有效开展思想政治教育工作。In the process of the students ' training,the teams of experimental teachers and counselors in colleges and universities have played vital roles. Experiment teachers focused on the cultivation of professional ability,and counselors focused on the humanities quality education. However,in the construction of the full education of students work pattern,both of them need not only to play their respective functions,but also to cooperate with each other. They should carry out the integration of construction,mobilize the enthusiasm of the work,and finally form educational resultant force. In reality,because the two teams in the content of education are complementary and in the purpose of education are consistent,to seek the integration of construction has great necessity and feasibility in the actual work. There are two main ways of integration of the construction. One is that the counselors assist in the management of experimental teaching and the organization of professional competition,so as to achieve the purpose of understanding students. The another is that the experimental teachers serve as a counselor or a teacher in charge of a class,so as to effectively carry out the ideological and political education.
