摘  要:作为广州医科大学临床医学专业统筹实验班,南山班率先实施了系列教育改革,以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)为切入点,以人体器官系统(OBL)为主线,通过借鉴他校教改模式,在新课程体系建设和先进教学理念的引入方面做了有益的探索和研究。本文将针对现阶段本科临床教改最为困难的部分--课程体系,通过借鉴他校经验教训,首次以风湿免疫系统教学为例对PBL结合OBL模式的课程整合进行初步探讨,以期为我校教改提供有益借鉴。As the Guangzhou Medical Uni versity clinical medicine professional o verall experimental class, Nanshan Class took the lead in the implementation of a series of educational reform. Taking the problem-based learning(PBL) as as the breakthrough point and organ-system based learning( OBL) as the main line, by drawing lessons from other school teaching reform mode, in the construction of new curriculum system and the introduction of advanced teaching concept, it has made a useful exploration and research. For most difficult part of the curriculum system for present stage undergraduate clinical education reform-curriculum system,by drawing lessons and experience from other schools, this paper firstly discussed the curriculum integration of PBL combined with OBL model taking the case of rheumatic immune system teaching as an example, in order to provide a useful reference for the reform of our school.
