摘  要:自《教育规划纲要》提出"构建以师范院校为主体、综合大学参与、开放灵活的教师教育体系"以来,教育部先后颁布了中小学和幼儿园《教师教育课程标准》、《教师资格考试标准》以及《教师专业标准(试行)》,我国基础教育教师队伍将由此逐步走向科学化、规范化、标准化的建设道路。面对"国标、省考、县聘、校用"的教师入岗新规则和专业化成长的新要求,师范专业改革应重在课程体系的重构和培养模式的创新。The National Education Plan first proposed to construct the open and flexible teacher education system in which normal colleges are the main body, comprehensive universities participated. The Minister of Education then successively issued three standards for elementary school and preschool education. These standards included "the standards of teachers education program", "the exam standards for teacher certificate" and "the professional standards for teachers". The construction fundamental teaching staffs in China will gradually step to the scientific, standardized and normalized road. Facing the requirements of "national standards, provincial examination and country-engaged" for the rules of recruitment and professional development, the reform of teacher education should emphasize on the reconstruction of new curriculum and the innovation of talent training model. The present study represents the construction and speculation of the curriculum of teacher education in Huainan Normal University.
