摘　　要：构建和完善现代化职业教育体系成为当前我国职业教育改革中的一项战略决策。学制作为职业教育体系的主要呈现形式,也曾经历百余年的演变。职业教育体系中目前存在着中高职衔接不顺畅、职业教育与普通教育缺乏沟通、职业培训功能发挥有待增强等根本问题。借鉴《国际教育标准分类(2011)》,构建一个开放、融通、多元,"纵向上不同层次教育相互衔接,横向上不同类别教育相互沟通"的现代化职业教育体系。Building and improving modern vocational education system becomes a strategic decision in the reform process of vocational education in China. As a part of school system, vocational education system has also experienced nearly a hundred years of evolution. Until now, there still exist some difficult issues in school system, such as upgrading between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools is not smooth, lacking of communication between vocational education and general education, and vocational training needing to be strengthened. For solving the above problems, referring the ＂International Standard Classification of Education（2011）＂, the paper has built an ＂open, integration, diversity＂ modern vocational education system with the ideal status of ＂mutual integration smoothly between different types of schools and education＂.
