摘　　要：探究高职院校学生工作精品项目的培育机制,能够提升学生工作实效,提高办学质量,对保证高职院校健康持续发展具有重大意义。高职院校学生工作精品项目的培育应以项目认同感培育、指导教师培育、保障体系培育为重点,建立多层次、全方位的综合培育体系。To explore the cultivation mechanism of students＇ excellent work project is advantageous to enhance the effectiveness of student work in higher vocational colleges, improve the quality of education, and remain the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. For the cultivation of students＇ excellent work project in higher vocational colleges, it is essential to regard the cultivation of project acceptance, faculty adviser and security system as the focus, and establish the multi-level and comprehensive cultivation system.
