摘　　要：随着我国残疾人高等教育的迅速发展,对教育质量起决定作用的教师团队建设问题逐渐突显。本文基于合作教学论的视角,分析残疾人高等教育发展及教师团队建设中存在的问题,并提出三条建议:注重学校合作文化的建设,形成立体互动的"全员合作"教学模式;建立人才引进机制与互助合作机制,促进教师结构合理化;以"校企合作"为途径,提升教师专业素养。With the rapid development of higher education for the disabled in China,the problem of teachers’ team construction,which can decide the quality of education,is increasingly prominent.From the perspective of cooperative teaching theory,it states the current situation of higher education for the disabled,and analyzes the problems in teachers’ team construction.It gives three suggestions as follows： Focusing on college culture construction of cooperation,forming three-dimensional interactive ＂full cooperation ＂ teaching mode; setting up talent introduction mechanism and cooperation mechanism and promoting the rationalization of the structure of teachers; enhancing the professional quality of teachers through school-enterprise cooperation.
