摘 要:为了解决酒店管理专业毕业生离职率过高的难题,在政府主导下,高职院校加强了与酒店企业的校企合作.通过借鉴西方国家实施"现代学徒制"的成功经验,针对酒店管理专业人才培养模式提出了相应的改革措施,如建议学校积极配合政府、行业、企业建立完善的管理制度;校企联合招生;校企共建师资队伍;校企联合制定教学方案;学校、企业、行业三方共建培养标准;将学校现代学徒制课程与与企业岗位培训体系、国家职业资格体系相融通,推进"三证融通"机制等.In order to solve the problem of high turnover rate of hotel management graduates, under the leadership of the government, higher vocational colleges have strengthened the cooperation with ho- tel enterprises. Leaning from the successful experience of carrying out " modern apprenticeship" in western countries, this paper puts forward corresponding reform measures according to the present situ- ation of talent training mode of hotel management major. Firstly, higher vocational colleges should co- operate actively with the government, the industry, and hotel enterprises to establish a perfect manage- ment system. Secondly, colleges and enterprises should make joint efforts to enroll new students, to construct teaching staff group, and to make teaching plan. Thirdly, colleges, hotels, and the industry should make joint efforts to build training standards. Fourthly, "Three Certificate Integration" system should be carried out through combining school curriculum for modern apprenticeship, enterprises~ job training system, and national vocational qualification system together.
