摘  要:在"大众创业、万众创新"新形势下,国家对创新型应用人才的迫切需求推动地方高校实验教学改革不断深化。借鉴德国应用技术大学在专业建设和人才培养中的成功经验,在重构实验教学体系、改革实验教学内容、丰富实验教学模式以推动创新实践基地建设、师资队伍建设以及机械元素校园文化氛围建设等环节中深度融入"德国元素",是打造机械工程专业特色,落实实验教学人才培养质量的有效途径。The Country's urgent need for innovative talents is promoting the continuous deepening of the reform of experimental teaching in local colleges and universities under the new situation of"popular entrepreneurship and innovation". Drawing lessons from the successful experience of the German University of Applied Sciences in the specialty construction and talent training,it is an effective way to build the specialty characteristics of mechanical engineering and to carry out the training quality of experiment teaching,through deeply integrating "German elements"into the links of reconstruction of experimental teaching system,the content of experimental teaching reform,enrichingthe experimental teaching mode,in order to promote innovation practice base construction,teaching staff construction and the construction of "mechanical elements"campus culture.
