摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱法建立苦荞粉的色谱指纹图谱。以芦丁为参照峰,根据共有特征峰的相对峰面积,应用系统聚类分析法,对模拟分别掺入不含黄酮类的大麦粉和小麦粉的苦荞粉进行指纹图谱分析,区分和鉴别掺兑苦荞粉。结果表明:当掺兑量达到2%时,掺兑不含黄酮类的大麦粉和小麦粉的苦荞粉均可以与纯苦荞粉明显地区分开;且市场购买的苦荞粉与纯苦荞粉通过聚类分析法也能将两者明显区分。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,稳定性、重复性好,可用于掺入不含黄酮类的大麦、小麦等样品的快速鉴别。In order to establish a detection method of buckwheat powder adulteration, chromatographic fingerprint of Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) method was used.Rutin as reference peak,according to relative peak area of the characteristic peak, simulated buckwheat powder samples adulterated respectively with barley powder or wheat flour were identified by System Clustering Analysis method. The results showed that buckwheat powder,which was adulterated with more than 2% barley powder or wheat flour, could be identified.The buckwheat powder from the market and the pure buckwheat powder could be clearly distinguished by clustering analysis method.The method was simple, high sensitivity and good stability, good repeatability, detection could be used to incorporate the identification of flavonoid-free barley,wheat and other samples.
