摘  要:为提高食品工程类专业"食品工厂设计"课程教学质量,结合工程设计的特点和实际情况,从教材选择、理论教学内容的安排、改革教学方法和手段以及考核方式,加强"食品工厂设计"课程的理论教学和实践教学等环节入手,对课程进行教学改革探索,有效地提高食品工程专业人才的培养质量。To improve the teaching quality of course of Design of Food Factory among food engineering majors effectively and combine the features of engineering design as well as the physical conditions. This paper discusses various issues in course teaching: selection of teaching material, planning the teaching content in theory reasonably, reforms of teaching methods and the means of examinations and increasing the theoretic content and practice of comprehensive experiment teaching etc. The author indicates ways to improve the quality of talents who major in the design of food engineering, explored the reforms of teaching methods.
