摘　　要：沧州医学高等专科学校通过"实施教学质量工程",以优化人才培养方案为逻辑起点,通过专业建设、人才培养模式改革、课程和教材建设、实训实习基地建设、师资队伍建设、质量保障体系建设及共享型教学资源库建设等方面所进行的探索与实践,有效地提升了人才培养质量,提高了毕业生就业工作水平,为社会培养了大批合格的高素质技术技能型人才。Based on optimizing talent cultivation scheme, through implementing teaching quality engineering, Cangzhou Medical College explores and practices in major construction, talent training pattern reform, course and textbook construction,practice base construction, teaching staff construction, quality guarantee system construction and co-sharing teaching repository,effectively improves talent cultivation quality, increases the graduates employment level, and cultivates lots of qualified high quality technical talents for society.
