巴西“S”系统及其对我国职业教育发展的启示

摘　　要：巴西校外劳动力技能培训系统("S"系统)对员工工资收益贡献显著,在巴西职业教育国际化过程中表现不俗。该系统经过初创期、徘徊发展期、改革发展期等三个重要阶段,目前仍有旺盛生命力。其运作过程中的多样化融资模式及与企业的紧密帮扶关系,对我国加强职业教育混合所有制,创新校企合作模式,培育职业教育新常态均有积极的借鉴意义。＂S＂ system contributes significantly to increasing the wage income of graduates. It also has good performance in the internationalization process of Brazil vocational education. The system has had three important stages of start-up, hovering development, and reform and development period. It also has great potential now. The diverse financing mode and aid relationship with company in its operation process have a positive reference for strengthening vocational education mixed ownership, innovating school-enterprise cooperation model and fostering new normal vocational education.
