摘　　要：高等职业教育的职业性和技术性决定了其教学过程具有体现专业培养目标特征和职业倾向 ,教学科研密切结合相互促进 ,特别注重学生动手能力的培养等特征。高职教师必须把握这些特点 ,才能切实搞好教学工作。The vocational and technical characteristics of advanced vocational education re solve that processes of teaching possess the features of cultivation major objec ts and vocational tendency,teaching combining with scientific research and helpi ng with each other forward,especially,paying attention to cultivating students' ability of practising.In order to do the work concerning teaching well,the teach ers in advanced vocational college must grasp these features.
