摘　　要：翻译不仅仅是语言上的转换,更涉及到不同文化之间的交流与碰撞。《兰亭集序》作为中华文化的瑰宝,文章富含中国传统文化元素。从分析英汉语言与文化差异的角度,探讨《兰亭集序》英译过程中,译者如何跨越英汉语言与文化差异,实现原作思想内涵与文化元素的准确传递,对汉语文言文的外译有着重要意义。Translation is not only the transformation of language, but also the communication and collision between different cultures. Preface of the Collection of Lanting, as the treasure of Chinese culture, is rich in Chinese traditional culture elements. It is rewarding for translating the classical Chinese works through discussing how the translator crossed the language and cultural differ- ences in the process of its Chinese to English translation and realized the accurate transmission of the original ideas and cultural ele- ments from the perspective of the analysis of the differences between English and Chinese and their cultures.
