摘　　要：日本基础教育改革的基本理念是:培养学生的生存能力,它包括扎实的学力、丰富的心灵和健康的身体。日本基础教育改革的基本理念与基础教育的课程目标和课程评价标准是统一、连贯、一致的,这使基本理念能够得到扎实、有效、确保一定水准地实施、落实,其对我国基础教育教育课程改革的启示是:基础教育各阶段课程目标的表述应一致,要考虑在颁布课程标准的同时制订与其一致的评价标准。This study describes the basic idea, content and implementation of basic education inJapan. It summarizes the unity, coherence and consistency of the basic idea, curriculum goals and curriculumevaluation standard of basic education in Japan to ensure a solid, effective and a certain levelof implementation of the basic idea, expecting to provide some reference for basic education curriculumreform in China.
