摘  要:现代班组长是企业提高核心竞争力的人力资源保障.现代班组长综合职业能力概括为职业道德和核心能力,其课程观的建构隶属于能力本位的范畴.在教学实践中,研究并遵循学生的认识和学习规律,教学目标以学生为主体,教学程式以学生为中心,教学内容来源于工程项目,教学导向立足于实际工作过程的能力,创新实践教学模式和教学方法,实现具有现代班组长综合职业能力的人才培养目标.Modern team leader is key factor to improve core competitiveness of human resources for the enterprises.Its comprehensive vocational ability can be summarized as professional ethics and core competencies. Construction of its curriculum belongs to the scope of inner competency. In teaching practice, study should be arranged to follow the student's understanding and learning rules,to follow student-centered teaching objectives and student-centered teaching program. Teaching content is supposed to be derived from the project and teaching guide be based on the ability of the actual work process,innovative practice teaching mode and teaching methods. All these can contribute to achieve training objectives of comprehensive vocational ability of the modern team leader.
