摘　　要：从以教师为本的角度介绍了在骨干教师培训中实施主题研讨的3种策略。其中，开放式研讨有助于经验交流与分享；教材比较研究能激发教学创新；研究范文研讨是以典型文献引导行动研究。主题研讨方式符合成人教育的心理特点，对于帮助教师进行有效反思，进而突破成长中的“高原期”有促进作用。This paper introduced three strategies about teacher-oriented topic-discussion in key teachers training. Open-minded discussion could provide experience sharing; comparison of different textbooks could stimulate creative teaching; model essays discussing was leading the trainees to carry out action research. Topic-discussion was according with the adult mental characteristics in education, and would help teachers to reflect and break through their ＂plateau phase＂ of development.
